Engagements

Recovery work is governed exclusively by a signed engagement letter, including scope, the contingency fee rate, and confidentiality. If these terms and an engagement letter conflict, the engagement letter controls.

Acceptable use

Do not submit documents you lack the right to share. Do not use the site to transmit malicious content.
